Cancellation Policy
LEVENITY Custom Garment Consultation Booking Policy 1. Booking Confirmation Consultations are scheduled upon receipt of a completed booking request and confirmation from Levenity. Availability is subject to our current calendar and will be confirmed via email or phone. 2. Duration Each consultation lasts approximately 45 minutes unless otherwise specified. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees or penalties. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the booking or a rescheduling fee, at LEVENITY’s discretion. 4. Preparation Clients are encouraged to bring inspiration (e.g., photos, sketches, or ideas) to ensure a productive session. Specific measurements or details may be requested prior to the consultation, if applicable. 5. Payment Payment, if required, is due at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon. Refunds for cancellations follow the cancellation policy outlined above. 6. Conduct We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any consultation due to unforeseen circumstances or inappropriate client behavior. 7. Follow-Up A summary of the consultation, including next steps, will be provided within 48 hours of the session, unless otherwise noted. Thank you for choosing Levenity.
